Land Development

Our Seaton Development is a Master Planned Community in the City of Pickering, which lies just east of the City of Toronto. Seaton will become the most significant residential land development, and housing project in the Great Toronto Area over the next 15 – 20 years. Seaton has been the subject of intensive planning by Province of Ontario, Region of Durham and various municipalities for several years. It is about to be launched as the model of “Smart Growth” for all of Canada. The entire Seaton Development will encompass 1,500 acres with a proposed population in excess of 70,000 people. The Tower Hill Group is involved in the development of parcels totalling approximately 510 acres of land in Seaton.
